Live on Facebook?

Good morning,
        I'm preparing to go live on Facebook. My specific question is; what would be the perfect time of the day and week of such and effort? I envision discussing issues with SSA disability and other legal topics I do not intend to make this a political forum unless there is action that i see would hurt current or future recipients of SSA disability.
